Flexibility, Security, and Support with Egiving.com

Last updated on December 15, 2011 by Sozo Staff Leave a Comment

While E Giving Systems first started serving ministries and churches through electronic giving solutions by way of recurring giving through EFTs, it also provides tools for Online giving for churches and ministries. The web-based giving tools we offer provide a user-friendly resource for churches and para-church ministries seeking to develop an Online ministry strategy. Communication and interaction with your giver base are key components in your strategy’s success, as is the use of premium web-based tools like those provided through eGiving.com. Three key aspects of our tools are their flexibility, security, and support.

Flexibility

egiving logoFrom your organization’s end, the use of web-based tools is ideal because your staff will be able to access the tools anywhere they have internet access. Your administrator will be able to develop giving pages according to the designations you’ve determined, allowing only the methods of payment you’ve decided to accept. You can change the pages, as needed, in order to allow for giving to particular missionaries or special projects. You can also opt to allow givers to open their own accounts and manage those accounts themselves, or require them to communicate with your organization in order to create or make changes to their accounts.

Our web-based tools allow you to enter one-time donations or recurring gifts via phone, fax, mail, or paper into a giver’s account. Once you enter it, the gift will transfer automatically on the specified date, prompting funds to move from the giver’s account to your ministry’s account without interference.

Security

The fact that no hands actually touch the donation reduces the chances for embezzlement or accusations. Additional security comes with your organization’s ability to determine the level of access that each user has. From webmasters to administrators, though, credit card numbers will be truncated and encrypted. Our tools are also PCI compliant, which gives them the same level of security as any other Online payment tools.

Annual reports and receipts are controlled by administrators, and custom reports can be created in a way that integrates with your existing management software.

Support

The kind of full-service support offered by E Giving is tailored to ministries in general and your ministry, in particular. We’ll work with you from the planning stages and through training and troubleshooting, as well as revamping your plan along the way. Since we’re truly a ministry to ministries, our staff is Christian and understands the unique needs of both churches and other Christian ministries, such as pregnancy centers, missionaries, and works of mercy. As you endeavor to carry out Christ’s Great Commission, we’re here to help you manage the donations needed to make it happen.

Our relationship with your organization starts with informing your group’s leadership about our services. You can download our introductory brochure and read about the specifics of our services at eGiving.com.

After you’ve perused those pages, we can schedule a conversation and demonstration of our online giving tools. If you’re in the vicinity of our Mount Vernon, Washington, headquarters, we could meet with you in person; otherwise, we can schedule a video conference call with your leadership team.
