The Maxtrix Children’s Furniture System: Making Dreams Come True

What parent — and child — hasn’t drooled over the amazing, kid-friendly spaces created on “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” or HGTV? While we’d love to snap our fingers and see Cinderella’s Castle appear in our child’s bedroom during play time, we know that that’s the stuff of fairy tales. And we live in reality. We know that even if we have the time and skills needed to fully transform our kids’ bedrooms or playrooms, their dream spaces will change, along with their physical needs.

So what’s a parent to do? You could create a custom room, with handmade furnishings that suit your child’s current whims and re-invent it every year or two. Or you could just go with basics and tell your kids that sometimes they just can’t have what they want. If you’re still wishing there was another option, you’re in luck! The Maxtrix® System available at The Bedroom Source in Long Island is your dream come true!

Perfect Now — and Later

Instead of the headaches (and all the waste) that goes with a construction zone and work-in-progress room, you can purchase quality, long-lasting furniture for your child’s room. Now, I understand that typically, “quality furniture” seems boring and completely lacking creativity. It often meets the requirements of a parent’s must-haves but falls short of children’s dreams. However, Maxtrix is very different.

Maxtrix children’s furniture can accommodate your Princesses and Knights, their make-believe battles and the real-life work that helps them achieve their dreams. The very same Basic Bed can transition from a Toddler Day Bed to a Low Loft with curtains to make a fort underneath. It can then be extended to be a Medium or High Loft or Bunk Bed. Dressers and Desks, Trundles and Staircases can all extend the use and maximize your space, as your child’s and family’s needs — and dreams— continue to change through the years.

Peaceful Sleep, Sweet Dreams

While the Maxtrix beds are more than beds, they are also just that: furniture that accommodates comfortable sleep. A key ingredient any thoughtful, loving parent wants in a bed is, of course, safety. The wisest among us also desire all our furniture to stand the test of time. With Maxtrix, you can sleep peacefully, knowing that you’ve made a healthy choice.

Our beds are made from solid wood, and extensions provide stability, due to the patented Maxtrix rock-solid Rock-Lock Connection. Your child will be resting on a well-supported mattress, as well, thanks to 14, 3.5-inch solid wood slats. Unlike the typical children’s bed that uses between 6 and 8 cheaply made plywood slats designed to hold a child’s resting weight, the Maxtrix supports have been tested to support up to 800 pounds. Our slats outperform bunky boards by providing the ventilation needed for moisture to escape instead of trapping condensation and causing a health risk for your child. Even our Toddler Bed Rails are higher than others, and our Staircase Units mean that even the height of a Bunk Bed can be a safe solution.

We hope you’ll make the choice that will help you sleep peacefully, knowing your child’s furniture is helping make some dreams come true.
